Samrat Majumder will perform my new work for guitar, written for him, commissioned by the Young Classical Artist Trust. The piece is a response to the music of John Dowland who is the focus of the programme and it uses a text by comedian/poet Tim Key - The Girl With the Yellow Coat. It's been really fun collaborating on this together and I'm really looking forward to the performances.
