"I love the way the guitar and electronics shape-shift. At one point you hear an allusion to classical Spanish guitar, then you're in a radiophonic studio or hearing morse code in a lighthouse" - Sarah Mohr-Pietsch, BBC Radio 3

About:
I'm a composer often inspired by text (from poetry and literature to twitter feeds and graffiti). You will find me working happily on vocal, instrumental and (sometimes) electronic music. I especially enjoy close collaboration with performers, which is at the heart of what I do.
Current work includes a multi-stranded Thomas Hardy project in collaboration with Lotte Betts-Dean, a piece responding to Tim Key poetry for the Philharmonia Orchestra and a developing dance piece setting the tale of Dorian Gray.
